I’m pretty picky about how things are finished, and I liked this as soon as I took it out of the box. It doesn’t have that cheap, poorly made look I was worried about. The handset and curly cord look lovely together.
I gave this to my mom, and the first thing she did was call her sister. Seeing her on the couch, smiling and playing with the cord while they chatted, was the sweetest thing. That was exactly the kind of happiness I hoped the gift would bring.
