Returns and Refunds Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it.

For voluntary returns requested after the applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. We require an order number or another valid proof of purchase.

These additional conditions do not restrict your statutory withdrawal rights or your rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods.

How to request a return

Contact us at ringlet@use.startmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. For a change-of-mind return, you do not need to provide a reason.

We will provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending your package so that we can identify your order and process your return efficiently. Prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

Send your return within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your decision to return it. Keep your proof of postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless we expressly agree otherwise. Free delivery of your original order does not include free return shipping.

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, Ringlet will cover the necessary return shipping costs and provide an appropriate return method where a return is required.

We do not charge restocking fees. Where the original order qualified for free shipping, we will not deduct the original outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact ringlet@use.startmail.com as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or videos, where reasonably available, can help us assess the problem but are not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

The 30-day return window does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods. For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, the statutory conformity guarantee generally covers defects that become apparent within three years of delivery.

Statutory right of withdrawal — European Union

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. If goods from one order are delivered separately, this period generally starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to ringlet@use.startmail.com or to our postal address above before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the optional form below, but this is not mandatory.

You must send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You may inspect the item as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Opening the packaging or carrying out that necessary inspection does not, by itself, remove your right to withdraw.

You may be responsible for a reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. Any deduction will be justified and explained. Please return all supplied accessories and use suitable protective packaging; original packaging is recommended but is not mandatory for statutory withdrawal.

Discounted or sale items are subject to the same statutory withdrawal rights as full-price items.

Exchanges

To request a different colour or model, contact us at ringlet@use.startmail.com. Change-of-mind exchanges are handled as a return followed by a separate new order, subject to availability.

This process does not affect your right to a replacement or another remedy for faulty or incorrect goods under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive your return and explain any proposed deduction or refusal.

For statutory withdrawal, we will refund the payments covered by the withdrawal, including any standard delivery charge where applicable, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us of your decision.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.

If you selected a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery, the additional delivery charge is not refundable under statutory withdrawal rules.

For voluntary returns requested after the statutory withdrawal period, we will issue the refund within 10 business days of receiving and checking an eligible return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method, without refund processing fees. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.

Refunds for faulty or non-conforming goods will be handled within the deadlines required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. If the mandatory rules applicable to your purchase provide greater protection, those rules will prevail.
