1. About Ringlet
This website, https://byringlet.com, is operated by David Torrijos Vaquera, trading as Ringlet. References to “Ringlet,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean this business.

Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms govern the use of our website and purchases made through it. Please read them together with our Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, available through the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
2. Eligibility and account security
To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase contract under applicable law.
You must provide accurate and current information necessary to process your purchase, including contact, delivery, and payment details. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for your own conduct, but not automatically for activity outside your control or for failures attributable to us.
3. Products and compatibility
The product page describes the main characteristics, available options, and any stated compatibility requirements.
Please check the connector type, device requirements, and other compatibility information before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.
Product photographs and videos illustrate the products. Screen settings and lighting may cause minor colour differences, but this does not excuse material differences from the description or agreed characteristics.
Products must comply with their description, agreed specifications, and applicable conformity requirements.
Changes to product descriptions or availability apply to future purchases and do not alter accepted orders without your agreement.
Use products in accordance with the instructions and safety information supplied. Damage caused by misuse is not covered as a product defect, but your statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. Placing an order
To purchase, select your product and options, add them to the cart, provide the requested details, and review the order summary before completing payment.
You can correct your details and product selections before submitting your order. Submitting an order through a checkout button indicating payment confirms that you understand the order involves an obligation to pay.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance or shipment, whichever occurs first.
We may decline an order before acceptance for an objective reason, such as unavailable stock, an unsupported delivery destination, unsuccessful payment, or reasonable indications of fraud. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for an order we do not accept.
Once an order has been accepted, we will not change its essential terms without your agreement or cancel it except where permitted by law.
We send order information by email. Please retain your confirmation and these Terms for your records. If you need a copy of your order details, contact us.
The language of the purchase is the language used in the checkout and order confirmation.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
The currency, product prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and total payable are displayed before you submit your order.
For consumer purchases where tax-inclusive pricing is legally required, displayed prices include the applicable taxes.
Standard shipping is free to the destinations enabled in our checkout.
Any additional charge collected by Ringlet must be disclosed before purchase. If an international shipment may involve import duties, taxes, or clearance charges payable separately by the customer, that condition must be clearly disclosed before the order is placed. These Terms do not, by themselves, impose undisclosed import charges.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not affect accepted purchases.
Discounts and promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Promotional conditions cannot restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Payments are handled through the providers available at checkout and are subject to their relevant payment terms.
6. Shipping and delivery
We offer free standard international shipping to the destinations currently available at checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. The total estimated time from purchase to delivery is therefore 6–12 business days.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays. Any different delivery estimate for a particular product or destination will be disclosed before purchase.
Delivery estimates must reflect the information reasonably available to us. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you and explain the available options.
Carrier disruption, customs processing, or other circumstances may affect delivery, but they do not automatically remove our obligations or your statutory rights.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, consumer orders subject to Spanish law must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 calendar days of the contract being concluded.
If delivery is overdue, you may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and cancel the contract if delivery still does not occur. Where the law permits immediate cancellation, including certain essential-date purchases or a refusal to deliver, you do not need to grant an additional period.
If you validly cancel because of non-delivery, we will refund the amounts due without undue delay.
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. The statutory exception may apply if you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, contact us so that we can investigate. A tracking entry does not, by itself, conclusively establish receipt.
7. Address changes and cancellations
Check your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. If you need to correct it or request cancellation, email ringlet@use.startmail.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before dispatch. Once preparation or shipping has progressed, a requested change may no longer be operationally possible.
This does not remove your statutory withdrawal rights. Dispatch does not, by itself, prevent you from exercising those rights.
If an incorrect address supplied by you causes a delivery problem, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution. Any proposed additional cost must be reasonable, lawful, and explained before you agree to it.
8. Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-calendar-day return request period from receipt of the goods, subject to the conditions in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
For voluntary returns outside the applicable statutory withdrawal period, the additional eligibility conditions stated in that policy apply.
Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. Where goods from one order arrive separately, the period generally begins upon receipt of the last item.
You can exercise withdrawal by sending a clear statement to ringlet@use.startmail.com or our postal address. Prior approval is not required to exercise this statutory right.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise. Necessary return costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods are paid by Ringlet.
The return procedure, optional withdrawal form, and refund arrangements are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. That policy does not limit mandatory rights.
9. Faulty goods and statutory guarantees
We are responsible for supplying goods that meet applicable conformity requirements.
If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or does not match its description, contact ringlet@use.startmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem.
You are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the purchase and a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Where Spanish consumer law applies, the statutory conformity guarantee for new goods generally covers defects that become apparent within three years of delivery.
The 30-day voluntary return period does not shorten statutory guarantee periods.
Any commercial guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and applies only according to its expressly stated conditions.
10. Errors and availability
We take reasonable care to keep product, price, and availability information accurate.
If we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you and explain it. We will not automatically substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Errors in an accepted order will be handled according to applicable law. These Terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel accepted orders or avoid contractual obligations.
11. Relationship with Shopify
Ringlet is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology supporting our store.
Purchases made in this store are contracts with David Torrijos Vaquera, trading as Ringlet, rather than with Shopify. Ringlet is responsible for fulfilling its obligations as the seller.
Shopify’s own services may be governed by separate terms. Nothing in these Terms releases any party from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy
Our processing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Shopify’s processing is also described in its Consumer Privacy Policy:
https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users
Acceptance of these Terms or use of the website does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional advertising, marketing, or non-essential cookies. Where required, consent is requested separately.
13. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, photographs, designs, and other protected materials belong to Ringlet or their respective rights holders.
You may browse the website and save information reasonably necessary to evaluate a purchase, retain transaction records, or exercise your legal rights.
You must not copy, distribute, commercially exploit, or misuse protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply an affiliation unless expressly stated.
14. Reviews and submitted content
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You must not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, infringe third-party rights, or conceal an incentive received for a review.
If you submit a review or other content for public display, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce it in connection with our store and the relevant product, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual property law.
This permission does not extend to private customer service communications or unrelated advertising use of your identity or image without an appropriate legal basis.
We may remove content for an objective reason, such as illegality, spam, fraud, disclosure of personal information, or irrelevance. We will not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.
15. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
-
Commit fraud or other unlawful acts.
-
Harass or threaten another person.
-
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
-
Upload malicious code or interfere with website security.
-
Obtain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
-
Collect other users’ personal information without lawful authority.
-
Send spam or submit false orders or reviews.
Automated tools must not bypass security measures, misrepresent their identity, or disrupt the website. These restrictions do not prohibit lawful accessibility tools or authorised services operating within applicable access requirements.
16. Third-party links and services
Our website may link to independent third-party websites or offer optional third-party services.
Please review the provider’s terms and privacy information before using those services. We are not responsible for independent third-party activities merely because we provide a link.
This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct, the services we undertake to provide, or obligations that cannot be excluded by law.
17. Website availability
We take reasonable steps to operate and secure the website but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
A website interruption does not cancel accepted orders or remove your entitlement to customer support, refunds, or other legal remedies.
18. Liability
We remain responsible for our contractual obligations and any liability imposed by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, defective-product liability, statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You remain responsible for losses caused by your own unlawful conduct to the extent provided by law. You are not required to indemnify us for our own fault or assume disproportionate liability merely by using the website.
19. Account suspension
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a material breach of these Terms, security threats, or a legal requirement.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Suspension does not remove rights relating to existing purchases, returns, refunds, guarantees, or privacy requests.
20. Events outside our reasonable control
If an event outside our reasonable control prevents performance, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its effects and inform affected customers.
Such events do not automatically entitle us to retain payment without supplying the goods or remove rights to cancel and receive a refund where applicable law provides them.
21. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection under the law that applies to your purchase, including protections of your country of habitual residence where applicable.
Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in Madrid or waive access to courts available under mandatory law.
If you have a complaint, email ringlet@use.startmail.com or write to our postal address. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline.
Any alternative dispute resolution procedure requiring agreement will be addressed where relevant; these Terms do not claim membership in an arbitration scheme.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases and website use. The updated version and its date will be published on this page.
The terms applicable to an existing purchase are those provided when that contract was concluded, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
We will provide notice of material changes where legally required. Continued browsing is not treated as consent to change an existing purchase contract.
23. General provisions
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated according to applicable law. The remaining provisions continue where the contract can lawfully remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive a right.
These Terms and the information supplied before purchase form part of the agreement. They do not exclude binding product descriptions, advertising commitments, or mandatory rights.
We will not transfer a contract in a way that unlawfully reduces your rights or guarantees. Any transfer will comply with applicable notice and consent requirements.
